Rules for use of the swimming pool

Only guests staying at the hotel are allowed to use the swimming pool, solarium and its facilities, and its use is regulated by the following rules:

1. Use of the swimming pool is permitted from 09:00 to 19:00.
2. To access the pool, it is mandatory to request a sunbed at the reception desk, a fee may be charged.
3. You are asked to keep the furniture tidy so that social distancing can be ensured, request to have cots close together if you are in company.
4. A maximum of 10 people may enter the pool at a time.
5. Entry is only permitted to minors under 18 years of age if accompanied by their parents, who will be responsible if their children evade supervision and enter the clearly marked pool area.
6. Animals are not allowed.
7. Access to the pool area is only permitted with flip-flops.
8. Passage through the foot wash is compulsory.
9. It is compulsory to take a soapy shower before entering the water.
10. All personal items must be stored in one bag.
11. The use of flippers, masks, dinghies, airbeds, balls, and games in general is prohibited.
12. Music can only be listened to with earphones.
13. You are not allowed to use the towels provided in the bathroom in the pool, you can find towels for hire at reception.
14. In the vicinity of the pool and in the water it is compulsory to wear a swimming cap, on sale at reception.
15. The consumption of food, drinks and/or smoking is only permitted in the area with the tables; it is forbidden in the sunbed area.
16. No glass objects may be brought into the table or pool area.
17. Please use ashtrays and litter bins and leave the tables free after use.
18. It is forbidden to bring onto the area or remove from the area, any object .
19. DIVING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, the height of the pool slopes down from 1.10 to 1.40 metres.
20. It is forbidden to enter the lobby and common areas in a swimming costume.
21. The use of the pool for courses or training is regulated by the management.
22. Should any damage be caused to the swimming pool, facilities, equipment, furnishings and anything else, the cost of the necessary repairs and restoration shall be borne by the customer, who shall be personally liable to the hotel for his or her own actions and those of his or her family with no possibility of exemption.

The following regulations are to be scrupulously observed, and the rules of conduct are to comply with the common rules of common sense and civilisation. Social distancing of at least 1 metre is required at all times, except for persons who are not subject to interpersonal distancing. The hotel declines any and all liability for damage, injuries and accidents of any kind resulting from the improper use or existence of the pool. Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety or the safety of persons or damage to property, and for the use of the pool in the absence of an attendant. Those using the pool do so at their own risk.
