The Business Hotel, managed by Elma and Viviana Prigione, is strategically located 200 meters from the "Casale Sud" exit of the A26 highway. It offers rooms with Sky TV and Wi-Fi, ample parking, international breakfast buffet, and two meeting rooms. During the summer, there is also an outdoor swimming pool.

We have no in-house restaurant, but there are three restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.

What are the pool hours?

Our swimming pool is available. The hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. It has a cost of €30.00 per room. the use of a bathing cap and personal beach towel is required, if you are without they will be provided at the recepion at a cost of €5.00 per person. We always recommend that you consult our

Is there a supplement for dogs?

For 4-legged friends we ask for a deposit of €20.00 which will be returned upon check-out

Is it possible to add a crib for a 1-year-old child in the room?

In all our rooms it is possible to add, subject to availability, a folding crib with sides for small children. The supplement must be prepaid.

I stayed for 2 weeks in this very convenient hotel at the south casale Monferrato highway exit. Very friendly, helpful and very unique staff. I felt at home thanks to the exquisite helpfulness of the owners and staff, who were attentive to the cleanliness and comfort of guests. I highly recommend anyone who needs accommodation, comfortable, safe and cozy to stay here.

Excellent hotel, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff, excellent breakfast, I recommend it. Not to be forgotten is the private parking space, which is essential for business travelers like me. Close to the highway and industrial area.

My partner and I booked a night in the room with the hot tub. What can I say, fabulous, but most of all very relaxing thanks in part to the soft lighting effect. The girl who greeted us at the Front Desk then was really so nice to us. I highly recommend this facility.

I was out and about on business...I was greeted by Ms. Viviana who behind the mask greeted me with a big smile, explained the various anticovid procedures adopted...and handed me the room keys. Large room with newly renovated terrace -- very convenient parking space

I stayed at the hotel for a course earlier this month. I have to say I was fine with it, although I recommend it as a ride, we are close to the 'highway. In summer they have an elegant usable pool.Good varied breakfast. Very helpful and courteous staff. I will definitely come back.
