Rooms at the Business Hotel include a flat-screen TV, minibar and private bathroom. Most rooms boast a balcony. Some rooms are located in the main tower-like building, others in the outer building.

Formula Residence offers cozy and functional accommodations in the lower wing of the hotel, with direct access. The rooms are bright and fully equipped with modern furniture. Electricity and gas charges included. Housekeeping not included. Options for 1-4 people available.

Meeting Room
The favorable geographical location with respect to the highway network makes it easy to be reached from any location. We offer hospitality to the conference sector, which today reserves 2 rooms of different square footage. All with natural light, furnished with wooden furniture in shades of blue and wooden floors, they can accommodate different types of small and medium-sized events.
Breakfast
Start the day with a gentle and energetic awakening! Italian buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 9:30 am with wide choice of sweet and savory.
Swimming Pool and Solarium
Enjoy a full day of relaxation and pleasure at our infinity pool. Start the day with an invigorating swim and then treat yourself to a moment of pure pleasure on the sun loungers under the umbrellas. Advance reservations are recommended; payment may be required.
Access to the solarium and pool is exclusive to hotel guests and available only during the summer, from late June to September.

Where we are
Follow the following directions:
- MILAN North: A4 highway in the direction of TURIN. Drive to Biandrate where you will find the A26 highway interchange. Turn into the direction of ALEXANDRIA/GENOVA. You will exit at CASALE SUD (it is the second exit from Casale Monferrato).
- MILAN SOUTH: A4 highway towards GENOA. Head to the junction with the A21, merge to Turin, continue to Alessandria Ovest where you will find the A26 highway junction, merge to Gravellona Toce. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 23 km (it is the first exit from Casale).
- AOSTA: A5 highway in the direction of TURIN. Head to the A4 freeway junction towards MILAN, take the A26 at SANTHIA, enter the direction of ALESSANDRIA/GENOVA. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 55 km (this is the second exit from Casale).
- TORINO Nord: A4 highway towards MILAN. Head up to the A26 highway interchange at SANTHIA, take the direction of ALESSANDRIA-GENOVA. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 55 km (this is the second exit from Casale).
- TORINO Sud: Highway A21 direction PIACENZA. Head as far as Alessandria Ovest, you will find the A26 highway interchange; take the exit towards GRAVELLONA TOCE. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 23 km (it is the first exit from Casale).
- GENOA: A26 highway towards GRAVELLONA TOCE. Straight ahead to CASALE SUD after about 120 km, it is the first exit of CASALE.
The train station is about 2 km from our hotel. It can be reached by public transportation on the Green Line, or by cab.
The hotel is about 100 km from the airports of Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Turin Caselle and Genoa. A convenient bus stops in front of the hotel twice a day to and from Milan Malpensa Airport. The service can be booked directly at the hotel. A cab service is available at all times. Request it from the hotel, it is cheaper. You can rent a car: a EuropCar branch is located not far from the hotel.
