Rooms at the Business Hotel include a flat-screen TV, minibar and private bathroom. Most rooms have a balcony. Some rooms are located in the tower-like main building, others in the outer building.

Formula Residence offers cosy and functional accommodation in the lower wing of the hotel, with direct access. The rooms are bright and fully equipped with modern furniture. Electricity and gas charges included. Cleaning excluded. Options for 1-4 persons available.

Meeting Room
Its favourable location in relation to the motorway network makes it easily accessible from all locations. We offer hospitality to the conference sector, which today reserves 2 rooms of different sizes. All with natural light, furnished with wooden furniture in shades of blue and wooden floors, they can accommodate different types of small and medium-sized events.
Breakfast
Start the day with a sweet and energetic awakening! Italian buffet breakfast from 7:30 am to 9:30 am with a wide choice of sweet and savoury.
Pool and Solarium
Enjoy a full day of relaxation and pleasure at our infinity pool. Start the day with an invigorating swim and then treat yourself to a moment of pure pleasure on the sun loungers under the parasols. We recommend booking in advance, a payment may be required.
Access to the solarium and swimming pool is exclusive for hotel guests and only available during the summer, from late June to September.

Follow the directions below:
- MILAN NORTH: A4 motorway in the direction of TURIN. Drive to Biandrate where you will find the A26 motorway junction. Take the exit towards ALESSANDRIA/GENOVA. You will exit at CASALE SUD (this is the second exit of Casale Monferrato).
- MILAN SOUTH: A4 motorway in the direction of GENOA. Take the A21 motorway to the junction with the Turin motorway, continue to Alessandria Ovest where you will find the A26 motorway junction, take the exit for Gravellona Toce. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 23 km (this is the first exit for Casale).
- AOSTA: Motorway A5 in the direction of TORINO. Drive to the A4 motorway junction in the direction of MILAN, take the A26 at SANTHIA, take the A26 in the direction of ALESSANDRIA/GENOVA. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 55 km (this is the second exit from Casale).
- TORINO Nord: A4 motorway in the direction of MILAN. Drive to the A26 motorway junction at SANTHIA, take the exit in the direction of ALESSANDRIA-GENOVA. You will exit at CASALE SUD after about 55 km (this is the second exit from Casale).
- TORINO Sud: A21 motorway towards PIACENZA. Drive to Alessandria Ovest, you will find the junction of the A26 motorway; take the exit towards GRAVELLONA TOCE. You will exit at CASALE SUD after approximately 23 km (this is the first exit for Casale).
- GENOA: Highway A26 direction GRAVELLONA TOCE. Always straight on until CASALE SUD after about 120 km, this is the first exit.
The railway station is about 2 km from our hotel. To get there, you can use public transport on the green line, or take a taxi.
